About Kona Natural Coffee
Kona Natural Using the traditional natural process, we dry our certified organic Natural beans with the coffee cherry fruit left intact, allowing the sugars and flavors of the fruit to infuse deeply into the bean as it dries slowly in the Hawaiian sun, producing coffee that is very smooth, fragrant and juicy. This meticulous sun-drying process creates beans with bold, fruit-forward flavors, a rich natural sweetness, and a complex body that captures the full essence of our coffee’s terroir. Because Naturals require ideal weather and careful tending, we produce them only in small amounts.Cupping Notes
Our Natural beans offer a layered tasting experience with notes of cacao and rich chocolate balanced by bright lemon-citrus acidity. You’ll notice subtle green tea flavors, complemented by undertones of red wine and a hint of cigar. Its inviting aroma carries sweet caramel and brown sugar, adding warmth and depth to every cup.
